Disclosure
Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted and delivered to PTG by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which retains a copy of each submission for a limited period before it is deleted. Spam protection on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Neither service is used for advertising or profiling.
Information may be shared with service providers who support our operations (for example website hosting, email, customer relationship management and analytics providers), and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Where a project involves a venue, promoter, ticketing provider or partner, information may be shared with those parties only to the extent needed to deliver the project.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Information may be stored on servers located outside Australia where our service providers operate.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Requests are made through the contact page.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use cookies and analytics tools to measure traffic and improve the experience. Where required, a consent mechanism will be presented before non-essential cookies or analytics are set. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
